We respect your privacy and, therefore, Simon's Men's Clothing does not sell or rent the personal
information you provide to us to any third party without your consent. We may, however, gossip
amoung ourselves.
Simon's Men's Clothing may, from time to time, contract with unaffiliated third parties to assist us in
providing our products and services to you; assist in maintaining and managing customer information
to provide customer and internet services; to take and fulfill orders; to conduct Simon's Men's Clothing
promotions and surveys; or to more effectively communicate with our customers.
These companies are contractually-restricted from using your information in any manner, other than
in helping us to provide you with the products and services available on our site. Simon's Men's Clothing
does not authorize any unaffiliated third party to make any other use of your information.
We will add you to our mailing list when you supply us with your address. As of the time of this writing,
we do not actually have a printed catalog (that costs real money). We don't even send out much in the way
of mail, just a few postcards and coupons a couple of times a year. If you don't want to receive any mail from us,
please contact us via email, phone, fax or mail (below) and tell us so. Please include your name and address so we can
remove you from the list. Don't be like that guy from New Hampshire who keeps sending me nasty letters about junk mail
but won't say who he is or where he's from so we can stop sending stuff to him!
We have never shared our client list with anyone, ever, and have no plans to do so in the future. Then again,
let's face it, if someday we get really desperate, or someone comes along and makes us an "offer we can't
refuse" all bets are off.
Additionally, if you participate in some contest, sweepstakes, promotion or survey we put on line, you will
probably also wind up on the mailing list. Again, contact us if you want to be removed.
If you reach SimonsClothing.com from a link on another website or search engine, information about
your visit to SimonsClothing.com may be collected by the provider of the referring website. Check out
the Privacy & Security Statement of these other websites (or search engines). You can avoid this by entering

Simon's Men's Clothing values its customers and respects their privacy. We collect customer
information in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about
our products, services, contests, and promotions. Simon's Men's Clothing recognizes that it must

and your purchases online and in our stores.

contact you regarding an order placed with Simon's Men's Clothing. They are not used for any promotional

addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on our website.
